What type of spender are you?

Different Money Personalities, A 3-part series

Part 3 of 3: Giver vs. Flyer

Link to Part 2: Security Seekers vs. Risk Takers

Most dentists got into dentistry because they want to help others.   You feel valued when you can make a difference in a person’s smile or overall dental health.

When it comes to money, a Giver is very generous with their time and money.  It can be challenging for a giver to take care of themselves first. Would you rather go on a dental service trip out of the country than work on cleaning up outstanding financial matters? Do you neglect taking care of your dental practice finances?

A Flyer has challenges with planning ahead and money matters are not a priority or of any interest to them.  Does a spouse or office manager handle the finances? Do you really understand what is going on day-to-day in your practice? Are you possibly making your practice a candidate for theft?  Because money matters are a lower priority, a lack of planning could lead to financial problems.

If you are a giver or a flyer – our team can handle a variety of different personalities to help you create a winning team that will help you understand and actually like handling your business finances with less stress.
