You own a business and you’ve got demands on your time and money.  How do you manage it all?  Are you willing to take a risk, or would you rather seek security? 


The Security seeker wants to play it safe and explores their options before spending their hard-earned money.  Borrowing or lending money is uncomfortable for you.  Be willing to take on good debt. An example of good debt is taking out a mortgage for your new dental building. This building will increase your net worth in the long run. Be willing to take a few more risks. 


The Risk taker likes to negotiate and thinks of a long-term potential payoff which makes the risk worthwhile.  Risk takers often need to take more time to assess what might go wrong. Any type of business growth always takes on some level of risk. The important concept here is to always learn from your previous mistakes when taking on the next risk.
